Magazines are dispatched monthly according to the publication schedule.
4.2 Subscription Activation
Subscription starts from the current or upcoming issue depending on the purchase date and dispatch cycle.
4.3 Applicability of Subscription Policy
All subscription policies mentioned in this document are applicable to both Online and Offline subscription bookings without exception.
4.4 Delivery Address Responsibility
Subscribers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delivery failure due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
5. Dispatch and Delivery Policy
We dispatch magazines every month as per schedule. Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

6. Missing Magazine Policy
If a subscriber does not receive a magazine issue, they must report the issue within 3 months from the current issue date.
Example: If the current running issue is June, replacement requests can only be made for March, April, and May issues.
Requests for issues older than the last 3 months will not be accepted under any circumstances. Replacement requests after this period will not be entertained.
7. Replacement Policy
Replacement copies will be dispatched only if:
- The issue was not delivered
- The issue was damaged during transit
- The issue was missing from shipment
Requests must be submitted within the allowed 3-month window. Approval of replacement is subject to internal verification.
8. Subscription Cancellation and Refund Policy
All subscription payments are non-refundable.
Once a subscription is activated:
- It cannot be cancelled
- It cannot be transferred
- It cannot be refunded partially or fully
This policy applies to both yearly and two-year subscription plans.
9. Book Orders Policy
Orders for books placed through the website:
- Cannot be cancelled after dispatch
- Are eligible for replacement only if damaged or incorrect items are delivered
Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
